What can I do about "stomatitis" on my tongue? - stomatitis

I was with stomatitis (diagnosed with a type of viral infection). This leads to many wounds in the mouth. Lesions in the cheeks are good, but I know lesions on the tongue. It feels terrible, and I can hardly eat! Anything to help anisthetic (such as Orajel, so I do not recommend for me) and ice. Both numb the pain, so I can eat.

Is there a cure or something that I can really heal these wounds? It's been 5 days with them, and I was going to happen.
